Certain Objects was founded in 2022 after a year spent redecorating my apartment with secondhand furniture and decor.

I fell in love with furniture history, design, arranging and rearranging, the relationship between things. I’ve trained my eye over hundreds of hours scouring for that next great find, for myself and others.

Central to my practice is the belief that we all deserve to be surrounded by beautiful, personal, well-made things. Finding them shouldn’t be difficult or cost-prohibitive.

Certain objects have that unnameable power to make us feel at ease, at home, and to reflect us back to ourselves.
